KARACHI: An encounter bet
ween the police and drug peddlers near Old Sabzi Mandi area of the metropolis on Sunday resulted in one drug peddler being killed and two policemen being injured.
According to Gulshan-e-Iqbal Superintendent of Police Dr Fahad, the police raided a drug selling spo
t near Jhande Shah graveyard in the area. The drug peddlers opened
fire at the police.
The police reacted and killed one of the drug peddlers while two of them managed to escape the
spot.
