Accepting
the request of the petitioner for an earl
y hearing, the bench ordered that the plea be fixed for tomorrow (Thursday).
During the hearing, Justice Minallah told the petitioner, “Satisfy the court tomorrow regarding whether the petition is maintainable or not.”
