The finance secretary informed the court that a summary had been sent to Accountant General Office for release of the funds to the tune of Rs 10 billion. He submitted that the petiti
oners would receive arrears without any delay while rest of the p
ensioners would start receiving arrears from July this year.

ensioners had moved the contempt petition against non-compliance of the court’s order regarding payment of the p
ension.
